Terms of Service

By installing or using the DueSoon add-on ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Contact: support.duesoon@gmail.com.

The Service

DueSoon sends email reminders based on dates in a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, using your Google account. Delivery depends on Google's services, including scheduled triggers and daily email quotas, which we do not control. Reminders may occasionally be delayed or not sent. Do not rely on DueSoon as your only means of tracking legally or financially critical deadlines.

Your responsibilities

• Only send reminders to people who expect them, and follow applicable anti-spam laws.
• Do not use the Service for unsolicited bulk email, or in a way that violates Google's terms.
• You are responsible for the content of your spreadsheets and email templates.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed deadlines or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for abuse or for violating these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
